What makes BrandFly better than all the other
design companies?
We take our design work very seriously for our customers. We want
to make certain that anything we design is the best it can be for our customers.
To make sure this happens we have a diverse staff from various background
to provide a service beyond just graphic design. Each Project is assigned
an experienced team of Designers, Marketing Experts, and Business Consultants.
Each design is reviewed by our team and evaluated for effectiveness in
use in your type of business. This is something that few companies offer
their customers. What is not commonly known is that many design companies
found on the internet outsource their design to freelance artists on a
first come, first serve basis. All of our designers are full time employees
who work closely together to create high quality designs.
I've never done this before, what's the process?
You have enough to worry about, we don't need to add to that by
making things more difficult for you. Our process is very simple. Once
you contact us an account executive will be assigned to you and will contact
you to learn about your business and what you're trying to accomplish.
We'll do our best to understand your business as well as make note of any
ideas you have. After our initial contact with you, we'll get started and
in a matter of days we'll present you with a number of ready-to-use concepts.
From there, you can make changes to our concepts until one is finalized
to your satisfaction. After that, we'll provide you everything you need
to make use of your new design. No hassles at all.
What do you mean by "concept" and how
many concepts do I need?
A concept to us is a unique idea for a design. For each concept
itself you may receive several variations including colors, styles & positioning
of text or variations of shapes. No matter how many concepts we give you,
each concept will be high quality. In fact, we may create dozens and dozens
of concepts, but we only choose to show you the best. Having more concepts
to choose from just means we can spend more time and come up with more
ideas. More concepts will just ensure you're getting the absolute best
design possible.
What if I already have an idea?
Great! We'll take your ideas as well as provide our own ideas. If
you already have an idea of what you want, then you would probably be better
suited getting one of our lower design packages. We always recommend you
explore other ideas as well, but if you've made up your mind then we'll
be happy to accommodate your ideas and make them work. If you don't have
any ideas at all, no problem, that's what we're here for.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and
PayPal. Credit Cards are processed online through a secure server using
Verisign. If you wish to may a payment by check or PayPal, please contact
us. For fastest service, we recommend paying by credit card or PayPal.
What if I'm in a different city?
Our office is located in San Diego, California, but we work with
companies all over the world. No matter how far you may be from us, we
are able to communicate efficiently and deliver quality products and services.
Being located near our office doesn't affect how we interact with our customers.
You're going to get the same guaranteed satisfaction and level of customer
service as if you were living right next to our office.
Logo Design Topics
What do I get with my logo design?
Once you have decided on a logo we will provide you with everything
you need to use your logo for your business needs. Each Logo Package comes
with your logo in web-ready and print-ready .JPG, .GIF and .EPS file formats,
both black & white and color versions. These are the industry standard
formats and can be used to print your logo on anything. We can also provide
you with anything you want including stationary,
signs, posters, web sites, shirts, promotional products,
etc.
Will anyone else have my logo?
No. Each logo is unique to the customer. Our intention is to provide
you a logo that is like no other in the business. When you choose a
logo, it is yours forever. You own it and can use it however you choose
to.
Web Design Topics
Will I be able to make changes to the site
myself?
Yes. Our web sites are setup so that even someone with no
experience can make edits to it. All you need is an HTML editor program
such as Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. We highly
recommend Dreamweaver. Of course, if you don't want
to make changes, we'll be happy to make changes for you, many times
at not cost, depending on the scale of changes.
